Hi All,
I pictured this specimen in my garden on 2023-04-26. Measured on picture 13,8mm.
I think it could be a Tachinidae but could not find it by myself.
Can you help me, please ?

Thank you John !
How can I make the difference between T. ursina and T. lurida ?

Hello Didier, I think this one is a male T. lurida:
- frons ≥ 0.5 times width of eye
- the red patches on side of the abdomen are distinct
- antenna's flagellum 2 - 3 times as wide as the pedicel
- tergite 5 without a small basal dusted band
- scutellum's apicals are strong and crossed (hard to see from that angle)
