Hi,
Tabanus sudeticus has no stripes on the eyes and is much bigger. Could be
Tabanus bromius, but wait for the experts.

Three bands = Hybomitra (unless …), and the eye is hairy.
Sudeticus is twice as big.

then I would go for Hybomitra bimaculata (female)? with a further picture below.
