No, Phasia sp it is. Look at wing venation. I leave the species to Theo.

Phasia aurigera (male, I think).
I didn't see at the first time the petiole. Sad

First of all, it a male.
Secondly, the golden crown on the thorax is extending to the front. Moreover, the face is distinctly projecting.
So this is the male of Ph. aurulans, not to be confused with aurigera.
Great pictures, species is generally not so common.
