Could someone help me identifying these fly?
The photo was made near Barcelona, Catalonia (NE Spain), today, 03/06/2023.

Hello, not Hybotidae, but Empididae. Empis sp., one of the feather-legged species.

Empis pennipes has a different pattern on the top of the thorax, and it has a less robust habit. So I don’t think so.
