looking for help, to identidy these Medetera, found sitting on a wall in big numbers, next to a rape field, in North Jutland /Denmark, and about 2,5mm

i tried keying them, using HIBI vol IX part5 /Fonseca, and ive been looking at both males and femlaes. i am aware of, there might be some species in Denmark, not included in a british key, and that might be the issue here.

it went pretty easy through the key, and ended on impigra, but the surstylus doesnt fit Sad

mid tibia with dorsal seta at base = 2
scutellum with 4 seta = 3
dorsocentrals getting smaller, going forward = 10
postical vein not thickened in either male or female = 12
the whole antenna black = 16
outer section of postical vein, more than 1,5 times lenght of outer crossvein = 17
legs dark = 19
halter yellowish, and arista longer than face = 20
anteroventral seta on mid femur, short on females. does not reach lenght og half femur depth = 21

= impigra,
BUT, male genitalia proves me wrong
