Excuse these blurry images. I thought perhaps the blueish abdominal pattern wasn't so common that it might be possible to ID anyway ...

Platycheirus in Sweden, Is it safe to call this one

Difficult.. the second picture supposes a protruded face, which may tell us it's a different species. But as you said, it's blurry..
