I think it may be Medina luctuosa with 2 posterior bristles on tibia 1

Clearly a Medina. Looks like M. collaris, some have two dorsals on the front tibia. Shape of genitalia is characteristic, check Tschorsnig & Herting 1994 or Cerretti on Italy.
