Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Chymomyza fuscimana or distincta?

Hi all!

I am fairly certain (Hah!) that this is either Chymomyza fuscimana, or C. distincta.

Is it possible to distinguish from this picture?

Unfortunately, the structure important for the identification (epandrial "toe"Wink is covered by middle metatarsus. The fly seems me more like fuscimana, though a better picture of genitalia would decide.
