It's Phasia barbifrons indeed.

The sexes are very similar in this species. Can't tell from these pics.

a view on the genitalia. Which are difficult to see in barbifrons, it would take five times more magnification and right angle.
Surprisingly enough, since in most female Phasia the genitalia are very exposed and therefore easy to see.
