Hello,
Southern France, Aveyron, July 12, 2023.
Size of body with ovipositor: 23 mm.
I was only able to take this photo.

After some research, I think it could be a female Machimus chrysitis.
With black and orange femurs, fully orange tibiae, golden pruinosity and very large size.
Do you agree?
