Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Sarcophagidae Scotland

I presume these are male and female of the same species. Photographed on the same bush two days apart. Dates are 30 July and 1 August 2023. Near the town of Forfar. Is it possible to ID them? I have more photos if that might help.
