Image recognition of the Dutch Observation leads to an uncertain Epicampocera succincta.
Is a species possible?

Ah. I have them in the garden. Chris Raper wrote to a fly of mine in 2010. From the steep m-cu vein and lack of median discals. I never learn. Frown
