Hi,
This is another lover of Helichrysum arenarium, seen in the same place mentioned in thread #I at the same time - Actinoptera discoidea. Compared to Heringina guttata, this fly is a dwarf, almost too small for my macro lens. I found a female only. Its ovipositor is much longer as that of Heringina.
