I found this one in my garden (1-7-2007, Spa, Belgium).
Is it Eliozeta helluo?

No, that species is much more yellow (in the male sex, it's a male).
in the second pic, you can see the elongated third antennal segment and in the third the strongly incrassate arista, so it is a male E. pellucens.
