Photograph taken on 4 November, 2023.
Area close to Rambla de Motril, (Granada, Spain), near the Mediterranean coast.

Apparent size with wings, about 6 mm

EDIT:
ID as Pegomya cf. rufina, at the suggestion of Johanna javanerkelens.
No further progress can be made in the ID. because the specimen collected and photographed was a female.
