Looks very much like trivittatus, except for the facial stripe which seems black.

If it was central Europe, I could think of none other than
trivittatus
, but maybe there are other, similar species in Central Asia.

Yes, thank you Karsten, I just leave it with cf and hope aI can go back there one of These days and have a closer Look;-)
