Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Musca autumnalis to confirm--> Musca domestica

The fly was caught by hand indoors, November 11th 2023 (Spain: Girona: Beuda: 400 masl)
Looks like Musca but is not Musca domestica. Perhaps M.autumnalis, but abdomen is mostly grey with orange only anteriorly.

It has a broad frontal vitta and haired proepisternum, consistent with Musca domestica.

That's the hairs on proepisternum (in front of spiracle) that seemed to be absent to me...
