looks a bit like a mix of Sphaeroceridae and Chloropidae.
found in moss in the lawn in the garden.

Why not Piophilidae?
The hind first tarsomere is not shortened in this male specimen.
Maybe Pseudopmyzidae (the photos are a bit blurry).

Its well known from Skane and not rare in Schleswig-Holstein, should occure in DK as well.
