Thread subject: Diptera.info :: something near Phorocera?->No, Neomorilla

Photograghed today in a rice field in Zhejiang China. Small, around 5mm in body length. Looks similar to Phorocera obscura. I assume it's a Tachinidae. Could it belong to the same genus? Thanks as always!

if yoy want ID at species level, you’d need to start collecting
