Hi!
Here in Oporto the sun is shining and lots of syrphids are flying in the gardens
.
I saw this one today at the Botanical Garden of Oporto. Can anyone help me to identify it?

With an extra picture from the side of the head, we can go for 100%...

Correct. But this face is called 'flat'... so:
