Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Carnoidea?->Chloropidae

Photographed this morning near a river in Zhejiang China. Approx. 5mm in body length. I have no idea where it actually belongs. Could it be in the superfamily Carnoidea? Thanks as always!

I woud consider Chloropidae, because of apparently missing anal vein.
