You must come to Lanzarote! Canacidae very common in the seashore and this one also was common...

These photos do not show the head or wing venation adequatly to be sure, but i can see nothing in these photos that would preclude Cyrtosia canariensis which i know is common on the islands.

It may be Cephalodromia humeralis. I have specimens of this at hand and the shape of the occiput seems to indicate a Cephalodromia rather than a Cyrtosia.... but the photo is not as clear as I'd like to be perfectly sure about the ID.
