Long seta on the tibiae suggest it might be Dynatomoma. With the specimen in hand I could tell more.

Do you mean the long"hairs" on the leg ??
And can it by, that it is ....Dynatosoma (m=s)
(looked in the Checklist of Diptera)
And there are 3 species ?

You are correct about the spelling, sorry about that.

And for seta look at seta
