Hi,
It is easy to recognize a Sepsid, but within the family there are many similar taxa (at least if the camera can't get close enough to show details. Sad) Is the long, narrow wing spot, together with the coppery shine of the abdomen, decisive? Is it a Sepsis at all?
The pics were taken on the Baltic Island of Usedom in August.
Thanks for help, Sundew

It is Sepsis and I can at least say it is not fulgens and not punctum.

It may be fulgens too.

Paul and Andrey, many thanks for your comments on both my Sepsis threads. It is obvious that the bad pics don't allow for getting any closer to a name. I'm absolutely happy with the results!
