We had some tipulid threads recently, and Chen Young did his best to help. The key he supplied is great provided one can see all the important details. Which I can't...

I suppose it's
Tipula paludosa or
T. oleracea, at least
Tipula spec. (Don't say it's a new five-legged species!) Any confirmation possible?

Yes, you do have a male species in the Tipula (Tipula) group. The image you took of the tail-end of the fly shows a very
large outer basal lobe , which is the character for this subgenus.
