This fly with beautyfull green eyes is a difficult riddle for me. 7-8 mm long. Please help!

Thank you! Yes, I know, surely it is a Stratiomydae. But is it a Sargus sp. or a Chlormyia sp.? Sargus bipunctatus for example has yellow legs. My fly has dark legs.

Sargus sp. I would say.
Your fly has also yellow bands.
