Many Leucophora species don't have cruciate setae on the frontal stripe. These setae occur or are absent in many anthomyiid genera. For example in Pegomya, most species in the female do not have cruciate setae, some have very small ones, and a few species have very distinct setae here.
In addition many females of Leucophora have holoptic eyes as in the male. It is not possible to say what sex this fly is, as the tip of the abdomen is hidden, and one can't see the swollen postabdomen of the male. I agree with Kahis that the head is still stretched.
