Of course, same plant. Color too modest for Tephritidae, but ovipositor very Tephritid's. 5-6mm, one of a kind.

If this was taken in Europe or the Middle east I'd say
Tephritomyia
lauta
. But I have no idea if this genus is present in Sinai, and if so which species occur there.
