That's not a halictid! Halictidae have 3 cubital cells, this specimen has only two. I vote for a megachilid, probably Osmia s.l. There are quite a lot of species in the Mediterranean which are usually difficult to identify.

hmm.. better to stay quiet on Apoidea...
