Dear forum,
these pictures took Horst K?cher in Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia/Hennef) at a march area on 26.04.2008.
This syrphidae is determinated by Dr. Gisela Merkel-Wallner (
http://insektenfo...ghtuser=28) by probably Brachypalpus laphriformis. Can it be definitely identified?

once time, in 1st April I managed to cheat aavso because they believed that it was found a "new" supernova.
But it is not a joke that today I found a beautiful Baccha.
