I'm sorry if this is too obvious, but I assume these are male and female of the same species -
Eristalinus aeneus - as they where found on the same building at the same time!?
Location: SE Sweden (?land)
Date: 2008-APR-25
Habitat: Garden. Sitting on old barn wall.
