Sinai, small oazis, near the water exuding out of the rock.
At first glance I decided that it is Scathophagidae. But they havn't such a large calyptra. Then Muscidae? 8-10mm

I thought about Lispe, but Lispe from Thailand was much slender and less brutal

And this around water Muscidae from Thailand eating something from shell of dead Pomacea canaliculata, is it Lispe too?
