Anyone familiar with Drosophilidae?

I put a rotten pear in my garden (Soest, NL), which attracted some largely blackish Drosophilidae as early as 16-19 February.

I collected a male, which has conspicuous dense combs of short black setae on the intrerior side of the 1st and 2dn tarsomeres of the front legs.

Knowing nothing about Drosophilidae, I thought this may be a useful character.

Any ideas?

It is a species of the Drosophila obscura group, maybe even D. obscura itslef, but there are not enough detaisl visible (head, wing abdomen) to be certain.

Could be D. subobscura, eaily the commonest of the species in the Netherlands, but with the quality of the pictures (sorry) I still cannot be certain.
