Are enough details visible on this rather poor photo to assign this fly to a family?

Any idea on the black spot visible in the abdomen. Virgin female Drosophila have something similar.

I think I would put it in Lauxaniidae but do not ask my why (yeah, I know the question that is coming up next Pfft).
