Well, it is definitely a male Syrphus, but it has been wet or something like that, that explains the color os the thorax.
It has no hairy eyes, so it is ribesii or vitripennis.

I didn't wet it for sure!
It was in the morning, but it didn't look wet at all and had this dark thorax... Ok, I'll take it for a
Syrphus.
