Hello!
The most numerous Diptera at the moment here in Ostwestfalen/Germany are the dancing winter midges. Often the dance obviously was successful:
This pair even did not let disturb themselves by a passing spider (
Macrargus rufus male - also seeking for a mate and just as uninterested in the potential easy prey):

Is it possible to tell the Nematocera family? Maybe
Trichoceridae (the size would fit)? Thanks in advance!

I think yes, Trichocera sp.
On your first photo diagnostic vein A2 fastly curving to wing margin is good visible.
