Hello Forum,
this larva (?) was in a drop of brownish water (left part), that was fixed on a leaf of Phalaris arundinacea. It became visible, when I removed the water (right part).
Does anybody know, what kind of insect it is? A larva of coleoptera?

Definitely
Oulema melanopa, they cover themselves in their own excrement for defence, and there are a lot about this year leaving little splodges on my jeans as I walk through wheat crops!!
