Surely, it is Tachinidae, but for genus and species you need to wait for Theo Zeegers, he is expert.

I observed many similar Tachinids in Japan to that on your first enclosed image.
For example:

But Tachinids of Japan are not properly known, so I can not help you.

The first one looks a hell of a lot like the European
Dexiosoma canina.

It looks like Dexiosoma, it could be.
My guess would be Dexia, but I cannot be sure.
It looks even more like the European Dexia vacua. But there are many Dexia in China.
Xespok's link fly seems even more likely to be Dexia.
