Hello Tony, your specimen has hind margin of tergites black, so I can suggest you a female of
Hellophilus affinis. Fore tarsi should be darkened only on dorsal surface. Other characters seems to correct for me.

I don't know how reliable is that character, but I can't see anything else matching with this one. The close
H. groenlandicus is very improbable by having a black area of hair on scutum, well darker legs, sharper spots on T2...
