I like the picture because is nice but I would prefair very much that this fly let me take also a "normal" pic for see the wing venation. Unfortunately it don't let me. So, maybe the genus can't be recognizable, but I try it.
Two days ago. Anz?nigo, Huesca, NE Spain, 600 meters. Small: about 7 mm long (without proboscis).
Can be identified?

Dischitus- head broader, laterotergite bare, r-m well beyond m-cu
Systoechus- head nattower than thorax, laterotergite haired, r-m and m-cu at same level.
biro and
senex are pale grey species, the common
Systoechus is a yellow fly (usually-they can fade)
