Is this fly
Malacomyia sciomyzina,
Heterocheila buccata or something else ?
Mouth edge is projecting, there are meral setulae, no costal break, only lower calypter slightly developped.
According Seguy's keys, it might be
Malacomyia sciomyzina, but I don't know this fly.

Can you take a photo of the other side, so that we can have a good view of the katepisternum (=sternopleuron)? The shape of the upper suture and the anterodorsal inclination of the katepisternal bristle are characteristic in Coelopidae.
