Yesterday I spent some tim in the forest(Amsterdam) and found some small flies on rumex acetosa. These flies remind me of Chlorops-sp., but in this different world of tiny flies everything could be different! I tried to make a good picture of it but the wind spoils a lot..
What kind of fly is this?

Thank you very much Nikita.
Agromyzidae is a enormous group I read, we have almost 5000 native species!
'Good picture of flying of fly'; specific fly-behaviour of this kind of fly? or generality?
I remember that the fly was moving it's frontlegs fast in the air before lifting of.., maiby that's what you meant with it.
