Hello!
These 2.5-4 mm Hybotids are numerously running fast on tree trunks at the moment here in Ostwestfalen/Germany. Jan Willem suggested some
Tachydromia species and to post them here in the forum. Because of the striking bands on the wings: can they be delimited to the species level despite of the poor photos (at these object sizes my camera stops collaboration ;-))?
Additionally here a pink 5 mm insect of which I am not even sure of the order. I don't think it's Diptera (too long antennae)?!? But the form of the head is really similar to the Hybotids above.

The hybotids are
Tachydromia sp. Several species to be found mainly on tree trunks, others on rocky surfaces. Difficult to identify from pics.
The second I will not even guess.
