Hi,
Small (about 3.5 mm) at May 13, 2006, near St.-Petersburg, on the grass.

Thank you, Nikita! Smile It is one of the two genera that I have proposed looking at its abdomen (and size & proportions, of course). Unfortunately, Agromyzidae is not presented in the gallery, yet... Sad
