Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Drosophilidae?

Size around 3mm.
A single specimen was collected on lower surface of an old tree fungus on dead Betula (fairly common, maybe Fomes sp.). This is the only available picture, sorry.

Drosophila, yes, maybe confusa?

Thanks again Paul (this time, just to break the uniformity, I haven't missed somehow).
Collected - hope to feed it to Nikita (if he could only chew it Smile).
