Hi, can anyone help with this? Found in leaf litter, forest, E-Hungary, today. Around 4 mm.

It looks like it will pupate. Unlike most other Nematocera, cecidomyids form a puparium (i.e. they pupate within the last larval skin). Good luck!Smile
