Well, you are lucky and you are not. They are not the same species, but there are tow different species (you may think that unlucky). I think you are lucky because there are two species, both are males and both can be identified. The top one is
Neria commutata (=
nigriocornis misident. sencu auct.), with the characteristic large triangular lobes on the abdominal venter. The bottom one is
Calobata petronella, with narrow, posteriorly directed lobes on the abdominal venter.

. And now I see differences between them. A propos, concerning the first fly, is a yellowish protrusion on its abdomen a specific structure or it was just damaged when collected?
