Hi, this one was in leaf-litter, birch-forest, NE Hungary, february. What family could this belong to?

If it's a puparium, it is Cecidomyiidae, isn't it?

I think I remember seeing such pupae before, which I reared and they turned out to beLauxaniidae.

It is definitely not a Cecidomyidae, for it has a well developed head-skeleton.
