No other photo and no collected fly, so we have to wait somebody for confirmation.
So far I almost did no attempts to learn Syrphidae myself by 3 reasons:
1. Odl key or GB Syrphidae available.
2. Good experts here.
3. Impossible to work with all Dipreta cosmos same time.
