Moscow region, 10 june, 6,5-4,5mm.
This one on window, others are not rare on moving under strong wind grass.

In south-eastern part of Europ Russia there is in my key O. lutulenta among resemble species.

O. lutulenta is indeed a valid species, but I am not familiar with it, and thereofe can't help you further.
